As an Enrolled Agent with over 10 years of experience, I pride myself on excellence in tax preparation. Aside from personal knowledge and experience in small business finance, I keep up with tax laws, IRS news, and yearly tax seminars.

I received two bachelor’s degrees from The Ohio State University where I graduated in the top 20 of my class. From there, I transitioned to the family farm in Seaman, Ohio, where I began working alongside my father on our cattle and crop operation.

Roy “Robbie” Gabbert, my uncle, approached me about becoming an apprentice with the eventual goal of taking over the family business so he could pursue his dream of county judge. We agreed on this partnership and I was quickly immersed in the operations, values, and knowledge base of the Gabbert family.

In 2022, my wife and I purchased the business and are currently in our second full year of ownership. Amber and I have two children with one on the way. We continue to farm and run Newman’s Herd and Hive—our bulk beef business.
